Wizard of Oz is the perfect shade of pale pink! Going from candy pink to blush. The plants are a little shorter, but very productive and covered in flowers all season long!

Dahlias produce several flowers per plant and over a period of several weeks if given proper care.
It is necessary to dig up the tubers in the fall and store them in winter because they cannot tolerate frost.

Dahlias can be grown in pots as long as the pot is AT LEAST 12 to 14 inches in diameter and 12 inches deep.

Harvest flowers when they are 3/4 open (unfurled), but not overripe. Dahlias are difficult to open once cut. Place in fresh water soon after harvesting. Flowers last 3 to 5 days in a vase.
