Refund policy
Exchanges and Returns
Hoodies can only be exchanged if we have the exchange size in stock, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at info@floramama.ca BEFORE sending a return, as we may no longer have the desired size in stock.
Shipping costs for returning the hoodie are at your expense.
No refunds for hoodies.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any other products in the online store other than the hoodie.
If your package is returned to the farm, you will be contacted to schedule a new shipment, which will be at your expense for an amount equal to the shipping costs ($10 for regular mail or $19 for parcels).
Defective Items
We carefully inspect each item and each order. If any of the items you receive are broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info(at)floramama.ca, sending us photos of the damaged item and the complete original packaging.
