Shipping

We offer shipping on all store products within Quebec and Canada. Please note that due to export restrictions, we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada.

Shipping Rates

• FREE SHIPPING in Quebec on orders of $100 or more before taxes.
• FREE SHIPPING in Canada (excluding Quebec) on orders of $150 or more before taxes.

Delivery Times

All orders including seeds from the 2025 collection will be shipped starting the second week of February and will be processed in chronological order.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, the carrier's delivery times apply. You will then receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery progress.

We are not responsible for any additional unforeseen delays that may occur with carriers once the package has been shipped.

Disclaimer

The courier service we use will deliver your package to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible if the box is not picked up at that location, or if you provide us with an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred.

Pre-sale Policy

All pre-sale orders will be shipped upon receipt of the bulbs from our suppliers.

We are committed to processing pre-sale orders as a priority upon receipt of the bulbs at the farm. If, for reasons beyond our control (quantity changes from our suppliers, shipping delays, etc.), we are unable to fulfill a pre-sale order, we will offer you a substitute variety or a credit of the same value. No refunds.
