Scabiosa atropurpurea

This variety brings a rare, almost black color to the garden that adds a dramatic accent to flower borders and mixed bouquets. Once faded, the flowers transform into textured, conical seed pods that give a pleasing "wild field" look to floral arrangements. Scabiosa are among the most prolific flowers we grow.
