Viola x wittrockiana

The unique, deeply fringed flowers feature deep purples with an indigo, almost black center, creating a dramatic effect. The uniform plants are lightly scented and produce long stems, perfect for mixing into spring bouquets. They are winter-hardy in an unheated tunnel (zone 5).
Pansies are excellent edible flowers and these look wonderful on a seasonal salad or homemade dessert!
