Antirrhinum majus
One day, in the early days of Floramama, I was harvesting snapdragons and watched a bee come and forage on them. It knew that you had to "open" the flower to access the pollen. I remember being amazed by nature's intrinsic knowledge. Indeed, snapdragons are also called snapdragons because you can sort of open the "jaw" of the flowers to see the pollen. They are easy flowers to grow and very satisfying to harvest and put in bouquets. This variety has a perfect shade of peach turning pink, that perfect, soft color we love so much! A must-have!
