It's dotted with tiny white flowers that mature into small green lanterns housing round seeds, all black with a white heart... As incredible as it is true, it's a must-have for bringing magic to the garden or balcony. Also known in English as Love In A Puff.

Very sensitive to cold. Sow indoors 1 to 2 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors when all danger of frost has passed and the weather has warmed. Provide a vertical trellis or sturdy support for the vines to climb.

Harvest firm stems covered with small green lanterns. Once harvested, the foliage is prone to wilting in the heat, so harvest during the coolest part of the day, place the stems directly into cool water, and let sit for a few hours before arranging.
