Sow indoors 3 to 4 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors when all risk of frost has passed. Cover the seeds only lightly as light aids germination. Celosias like warmth.

Harvest when the flowers are fully open but before they go to seed. Do not refrigerate. The flowers can also be dried for later use.
