Amaryllis are planted in pots at home for their first bloom around the holidays. They will bloom annually for decades if properly cared for.

This variety is our favorite because of its funky yet refined look.

Plant potted amaryllis as soon as you receive them and place them where they will receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight, even after flowering, to ensure abundant production the following year.
Plant them in fertile, well-drained soil.
After amaryllis bloom, wait at least 8 weeks—until the leaves turn yellow—before cutting them back. This year's leaves = next year's flowers!
