One of the new items we absolutely wanted to offer you, the Allium Schubertii, is one of the wonders that we absolutely want in the garden. It reveals impressive umbels Airy, pristine purplish-pink flowers that can reach 12 inches. Each floral sphere is composed of a dense network of small, star-shaped flowers that creates a mesmerizing effect. Once the flowers have faded, the fireworks continue thanks to its long, green, knobbly seed pods that will add a touch of magic to your flowerbeds.
Alliums grow larger year after year.

Plant alliums where they will receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight, even after flowering, to ensure abundant production the following year.
Plant them in well-drained soil. Avoid areas where water stagnates after a storm.
After alliums bloom, wait at least 8 weeks—until the leaves turn yellow—before cutting them back. This year's leaves = next year's flowers!
